What WorkForce handles

WorkForce may process business contact details, Business DNA supplied by an owner, authorized public-channel information, evidence retained from public sources, and decisions created inside the owner workspace.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the digital staff, verify business identity, monitor relevant sources, prepare evidence-backed recommendations, maintain Company Memory, and support owner-approved marketing workflows.

Connected services

When an owner authorizes a service such as Meta, WorkForce accesses only the business assets and permissions approved during that provider’s consent process. WorkForce does not request or store the owner’s provider password.

Isolation and control

Business information is kept isolated by account and business. Customer-facing work requires owner approval. Owners may disconnect a provider or request deletion of imported provider data.
